A couple of weeks ago, we planned a photo marathon out in SF Baker’s Beach for the Susan G. Komen fundraiser. We had three shoots lined up that day but unfortunately, the weather was JUST so horrible, two of the families wanted to reschedule. We so desperately wanted the Golden Gate bridge as a backdrop but it was completely covered in fog. One of the families, the Johnston family, decided to brave the FREEZING weather and see what we could capture. What started out as a photo shoot, it ended up as a play time at the beach!! The girls had so much fun!! Yes, THIS is how every shoot should be like – PLAY TIME!!
Looking back at these photos, I can just hear the girls laughing!! Thank you, Johnston family for being such a trooper!

omg Jenny! I can totally hear the girls laughing too! this was a great shoot. I love how everything was all natural, no posing. great job
Thank you!! I am trying to remind myself the best photos are where they are naturally as themselves. No posing. Sometimes it’s hard when clients want posing photos but my style, I like the natural shots. Just need to find a balance between the two!
